About the position

In this role, you will be responsible for designing business processes (To-be) and managing any subsequent changes to them. This involves identifying, documenting, and analyzing the business rules that govern the implementation of these processes. You will examine processes holistically to understand the impact of changing them on people, strategy, existing software applications, and general business operations. Your ability to collate feedback on process performance will be crucial, as the collected data will form the basis of future process improvement projects. You will perform analysis to detect inefficiencies within the scope of a given workflow, utilizing various tools and methodologies. Your expertise in process improvement, business process analysis, and procedure writing will be essential in ensuring that the processes are efficient and effective. You will also be expected to engage in workshop planning and requirements gathering to facilitate the development and implementation of improved processes. This position is hybrid, requiring you to work in the office three days a week at our Chicago location. As part of a larger team of 80,000 professionals, you will collaborate with over 6,000 clients, including 80% of the Fortune 500, across North America, Europe, and Asia. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience in process improvement and business process analysis.
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheet software and flow-charting tools.
  • Familiarity with various business process analysis tools.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering and process mapping.
  • Ability to write procedures and conduct procedure analysis.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Visio for process mapping and documentation.
  • Workshop planning experience.
