About the position

The Business Analyst, Financial Systems at Generate Capital is responsible for enhancing technological capabilities within the financial organization. This role involves working closely with financial and business operations teams to gather technical requirements, identify gaps, and implement new features in finance and accounting systems. The analyst will manage multiple stakeholders and projects, ensuring high standards of service while driving internal process efficiencies and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Work with financial and business operations teams to gather technical requirements.
• Identify gaps and implement new features within finance and accounting systems.
• Deliver on roadmap features.
• Collaborate with developers and technology team members to enhance systems across accounts payable, procurement, accounts receivable, financial consolidation, treasury, and financial reporting planning and analysis.
• Handle day-to-day support and enhancement requests.
• Provide recommendations for business process improvement to align with system functionality.
• Drive adherence to execution within an agile development and delivery methodology.
