About the position

The Business Analyst (FP&A) at Little Sprouts, LLC is responsible for driving performance excellence across the organization’s early education centers. This role focuses on financial sustainability, operational strategy, and data proficiency to ensure high-quality education and care standards are met. The ideal candidate will analyze performance metrics, support growth initiatives, and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze, and forecast performance based on sales performance, staffing levels, enrollment projections, and financial compliance.
  • Build and execute strategies for profitable operations by analyzing school portfolio performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Create and maintain operational data and financial reports to inspire action across teams and executives.
  • Act as an operations champion, bridging school-level leadership and company-level management to advance business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement cohesive operational strategies for growth.
  • Integrate new schools and innovative products into the portfolio through collaboration and process-oriented approaches.
  • Work with HR operations to uphold compliance, compensation, and regulatory standards.
  • Convert Excel data into visual dashboards and reports for management decision support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience managing operations in a multi-site, complex enterprise.
  • Deep knowledge of finance and human resources.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and data visualization tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex concepts.

Nice-to-haves

  • High-end, consumer-facing professional experience preferred.
  • Experience in scaling up an organization.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
