About the position

The Business Analyst for Fraud Solutions will serve as a critical link between customer needs and technical implementation for a new Fraud Solution project. This role involves gathering requirements, articulating them clearly, and guiding the technical team to ensure successful implementation that meets customer expectations. The position is part of the Platform Services team, which focuses on providing a robust technology foundation to enhance CLIENT's operational efficiency and customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in requirement gathering and discussions with customers and internal teams.
  • Articulate requirements and provide guidance for the technical team to implement.
  • Validate and monitor progress to ensure implementation meets customer expectations.
  • Define system requirements and specifications, including analyzing Early Warning System's ZFC file specification.
  • Analyze Case Management from Salesforce and CLIENT's internal service/ticketing systems to define business needs and functional specifications.
  • Perform, evaluate, and communicate quality assurance throughout the SDLC.
  • Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production to ensure maximum usability.
  • Partner with stakeholders across business units to develop analyses and documentation.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis.
  • Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
  • Serve as the primary source for Agile iteration tasks, input, and elaboration.
  • Act as a key player in defining satisfaction and acceptance criteria.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics and systems development
  • Proven analytical abilities
  • Knowledge of the Payment industry and Financial Fraud
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience with Agile development process
  • Strong working knowledge of JIRA
  • Experience in generating process documentation and reports

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Case Management Tool, workflow or BPMS
  • Proven ability to manage projects and user testing
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Visio
