About the position

The Business Analyst, Global Partnerships at Mass General Brigham plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the Global Advisory team, which provides advisory services and partnership opportunities to healthcare institutions worldwide. This position involves coordinating multiple projects, assisting in project implementation, and supporting business development efforts, all while maintaining a proactive and detail-oriented approach in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Partner with project leadership to plan project activities and risk mitigation approaches.
  • Develop and update reporting on project health and produce regular reports for leadership.
  • Create draft written documents for project meetings, workshops, and internal staff meetings; ensure polished formatting and graphics.
  • Participate in relationship building with external business clients by providing exceptional customer service and resourcefulness.
  • Perform data analysis and draft presentations for leadership.
  • Coordinate activities of MGB subject matter experts to support their assigned project responsibilities.
  • Develop and disseminate project updates and documents between clients, project leadership, subject matter experts, and MGB leaders.
  • Proactively identify potential issues/challenges to project implementation and support devising contingency plans.
  • Plan and lead coordination of international observer programs and serve as a point of contact for observers' needs.
  • Plan and organize events for external business clients; represent and support the project team at the events.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements for MGB subject matter experts and team members, including securing travel bookings and assisting with financial reimbursements.
  • Provide general support from lead generation through deal-making for business development projects.
  • Develop first drafts of client-facing presentations, proposals, project roadmaps, and agreements.
  • Document meeting minutes/action plans from client calls.
  • Provide lead generation support for prioritized product-market targets and perform market research on specific leads.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project administration, project management, operations, or other directly relevant business experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Professional level fluency in Mandarin or Arabic is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint) required.
  • Experience with project management software (Microsoft Project, SmartSheet, Workfront, or similar) desired.
