About the position

The Business Analyst Healthcare role at Infosys involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to manage HealthPlan applications deployment. Responsibilities

• Manage HealthPlan applications deployment aligned to industry best practices.
• Translate functional and technical requirements into implementation work packages.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Write design documents and guide the audience through the design process.
• Estimate for the end-to-end delivery of integration projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• At least 4 years' experience with healthcare payer, preferably on Claims, Benefits, and Care Management.
• At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce.
• Candidates must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT, Richardson, TX, Raleigh, NC, or Bridgewater, NJ.
