About the position

The Business Analyst I - Digital & Product Support position is a full-time role based in Piscataway, NJ, with the option to work from Bensalem, PA. This role primarily involves managing subscription and connectivity contracts within the D365 system. The successful candidate will be responsible for quoting and invoicing clients for their subscriptions, ensuring that customer billing inquiries are addressed promptly, and conducting fleet analysis to maintain accurate monthly billing. Additionally, the role includes the creation and management of monthly contracts in D365 for the operating system, as well as updating and maintaining various connectivity subscription programs and pricing structures. The Business Analyst will also be tasked with notifying customers of any internal subscriptions that are nearing expiration and making adjustments to subscriptions based on customer requests. This includes subscribing or unsubscribing Product Link devices and managing equipment requests in the system to reflect any changes, ensuring that billing is adjusted accordingly. The position requires obtaining and processing authorization forms to maintain accurate records and subscriptions, which is crucial for the overall efficiency of the billing process. This role is essential for supporting the digital and product support teams, ensuring that all aspects of subscription management are handled efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, project management capabilities, and excellent organizational skills to thrive in this dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain subscription/connectivity contracts in D365
  • Quoting and invoicing clients for subscriptions
  • Support customer billing inquiries and fleet analysis to ensure accurate monthly billing
  • Monthly contract creation and management in D365 for operating system
  • Update and maintain various Connectivity subscription programs and pricing
  • Notify customers of internal subscriptions expiring and adjust subscriptions based on customer requests
  • Subscribe/unsubscribe Product Link devices
  • Manage equipment requests in system for any changes and adjust billing accordingly
  • Obtain and process authorization forms to keep records and subscriptions accurate

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Required knowledge of general accounting practices and account reconciliation
  • Strong analytical, project management, time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in all Microsoft platforms
