The Business Analyst I (Fleet Operations Manager) position at Kelly Services involves analyzing and optimizing the performance of a fleet of vehicles for a leading biotech and pharmaceutical company. Responsibilities

  • Administer fleet program services including toll, fuel, collision, and violations reimbursement programs.
  • Onboard and off-board fleet drivers and employees, including third-party closeouts.
  • Utilize analytical skills to collect, interpret, and report on data related to fleet operations.
  • Communicate effectively by providing detailed fleet performance reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Implement and maintain fleet policies and procedures.
  • Ensure accuracy of the fleet vendor database and conduct periodic vehicle inventory audits.
  • Assist the Fleet Manager with budget tracking and expense management activities.
  • Foster strong internal relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Fleet Operations Manager.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a business or operations analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
  • Knowledge of fleet operations and management is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
