About the position

As a Business Analyst II within the Paragon Case Management team, you will play a crucial role in empowering Case Management tenants to make data-driven decisions and derive actionable insights. Your primary responsibility will be to develop an analytic platform that drives deep dives into data, providing insights into the health and state of the CMS insights and experience. You will be tasked with building the "CMS Insights Suite," which will consist of pre-built dashboards that support tenants in both retrospective and reactive reporting use cases, including a command center view. This suite will also include a data dictionary of available metrics, dashboards, and a data catalog focused on routing, case/issue handling, and workforce management themes. In this role, you will launch capabilities for tenants, ensuring an initial metrics coverage of 80% while allowing for customization around routing and case handling sections. You will collaborate closely with the Paragon Product team to establish metrics that measure the Paragon experience. Your responsibilities will include the design, creation, and management of metrics, associated dashboards, and datasets. You will interact with internal program and product owners, as well as technical teams, to gather requirements and structure scalable and performant data solutions using statistical techniques or regression models to generate insights from both structured and unstructured datasets. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, possess expert-level skills in SQL and Excel, and be resourceful and customer-focused. You will need to be team-oriented and capable of working independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. Your role will also involve leading complex data analysis projects to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization, gathering and interpreting data from various sources to inform decision-making, and developing and implementing solutions to optimize business performance. Additionally, you will create data visualizations to communicate findings and monitor performance, and you will be responsible for communicating findings and recommendations to senior management through presentations and reports. Mentoring and guiding junior team members in data analysis and process improvement methodologies will also be part of your responsibilities.
