The Business Analyst II position at G-TECH Services, Inc. involves supporting management in evaluating and implementing improved production workflows and processes. The role focuses on enhancing customer service levels and overall quality through analysis and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support in the planning, coordinating, developing, and implementing of approved projects to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze, process, and expedite operational transactions, including timely resolution of problems.
• Participate in systems testing, develop procedures/controls, and provide recommendations for process improvement.
• Provide leadership with project status updates and recommend policy decisions to achieve project objectives.
• Utilize and maintain corporate production and reporting systems; produce various reports and presentations.
• Assist personnel by answering questions, supplying information, and providing training.
• Represent the department and division on work groups and special assignments.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers or partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
• Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in a related field is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge/competency in claims or inquiry processing is preferred.
• Analytical experience is required.
• Ability to produce statistical information from conceptual needs is necessary.
• Experience working with PC applications and/or mainframe systems is preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to lead and contribute to process improvement programs is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to interact with all levels of personnel.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in claims or inquiry processing.
• Familiarity with analytical tools and techniques.
