About the position

The Business Analyst II position is focused on supporting large, complex transformational initiatives by performing business analysis functions. The role involves working closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, drive prioritization, and streamline business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and business analysis, particularly in Salesforce and Eloqua implementation, managing projects from inception to completion to meet business goals and enhance CRM and marketing automation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance business operations.
• Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, wireframes, and data models.
• Support the implementation and customization of Salesforce to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers to design and implement custom solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce.
• Monitor and analyze Salesforce performance and usage, recommending enhancements as needed.
• Oversee the implementation and integration of Eloqua for marketing automation.
• Gather requirements for lead nurturing and scoring strategies to optimize lead conversion.
• Ensure data integrity and synchronization between Eloqua and Salesforce.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, technology or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Teams).
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Drive, Drive File Stream, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Experience with Jira/Atlassian and Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Technical proficiency in Salesforce and Eloqua.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Salesforce and Eloqua certifications.
