As a Business Analyst in Insurance Operations, you will play a crucial role in liaising with various operational areas such as underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, and information technology. Your responsibilities will include translating conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements that are clear and comprehensible to technicians. You will manage multi-state, multi-line accounts throughout the policy life cycle, which includes rating, pricing, quoting, and issuing policies, as well as handling related account activities. Additionally, you will participate in the development of operational KPIs and service standards, process transactions, and follow varied workflows based on the specific line of business, company, and state regulations. We are looking for candidates who possess a high demand for current knowledge in Cyber, Technology Errors and Omissions, and/or Privacy/Security Liability. While familiarity with analyzing and interpreting various bureaus such as ISO, AAIS, and/or NCCI is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.
