At WAHVE, we are dedicated to transforming the way experienced insurance professionals transition into retirement. Our unique platform allows qualified candidates to continue their careers from the comfort of their homes, providing a perfect blend of work-life balance. We believe in the philosophy of retiring from the office but not from work, enabling our team members to leverage their extensive insurance expertise in a remote, long-term position. This role not only offers the flexibility to customize your work schedule but also includes a range of company benefits that enhance your overall experience. As a Business Analyst in Insurance Operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting our insurance carrier and MGA clients. Additionally, you will manage multi-state, multi-line accounts throughout the policy life cycle, which includes rating, pricing, quoting, and issuing policies, as well as handling related account activities. Your role will also require you to participate in the development of operational KPIs and service standards, process transactions, and follow varied workflows based on the line of business, company, state, and specific rules and regulations. A strong understanding of various bureaus such as ISO, AAIS, and/or NCCI, as well as company proprietary rates, rules, and forms, is preferred but not mandatory.
