About the position

The Business Analyst Intermediate position at Robert Half involves supporting a significant software migration project within the Global Philanthropy team. The role focuses on transitioning from a proprietary tool to Salesforce, which will function as both a CRM and risk management tool. The position requires collaboration with business users and technical teams to ensure a smooth implementation and effective communication throughout the project.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams during the migration project.
  • Work closely with business leaders and tech teams to ensure smooth implementation and identify any defects.
  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshoot issues that arise during the migration.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business requirements and help translate them into technical solutions.
  • Support the overall project management efforts to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Business Analyst in a financial services setting, specifically on software migration projects.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and support business-to-tech communication.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM/risk management tools is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytic skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Grants and Charitable giving processes.
  • Familiarity with IRS laws and regulations related to charitable giving.
