About the position
The Business Analyst Intern - Order Management Optimization at Intergraph Corporation is designed to support the Order Management Optimization and Automation team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business analysis and process optimization, focusing on enhancing sales order and maintenance renewal processes using platforms like Salesforce and Dynamics GP.
Responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing and cleaning up sales order and maintenance contract data within Salesforce and Dynamics GP.
- Support process and system improvement initiatives by identifying data inconsistencies and recommending solutions.
- Aid with contract entry and updates in Salesforce to ensure accurate and current information.
- Contribute to various project work as needed, collaborating with team members to achieve project goals.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adhering to expected deadlines and corporate standards.
- Participate in regular communication with the team, ensuring alignment on tasks and project objectives.
Requirements
