About the position
The Business Analyst Intern position at Arthrex Manufacturing, Inc. is designed for students pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree, providing hands-on experience in IT project management, analytics, and communication. The intern will work closely with IT professionals to support the Digital Customer Experience team, enhancing their analytical and project management skills while contributing to the development and maintenance of custom applications.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with IT professionals to support the development and maintenance of custom applications.
- Apply Agile methodologies to manage project execution and reporting.
- Participate in project tracking and follow-up to ensure timely progress.
- Assist in various tasks related to IT systems, ensuring compliance with project requirements and goals.
- Develop and maintain clear documentation for ongoing projects.
- Communicate issues, challenges, and project updates in a timely and accurate manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a bachelor's degree or recent graduate required.
- Junior or above, studying Information Systems, Computer Science or Mathematics preferred.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal direction.
- Ability to work in a team collaborative environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
