About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our Infrastructure Team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Azure DevOps, with strong capabilities in requirements gathering, requirements analysis, and a solid grasp of Agile methodologies. This role demands exceptional problem-solving skills and proficiency in documentation to effectively capture and develop project details from initial requests. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that project requirements are clearly defined and met throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will be expected to work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with team members both in-person and remotely, and will be responsible for managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy in their work.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Document project details and requirements clearly and concisely.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for project management and tracking.
• Apply Agile methodologies to manage project workflows effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI to visualize project progress and metrics.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving project-related issues as they arise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within an infrastructure or IT environment.
• Proficient in Azure DevOps, Power BI, SNOW, and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to apply them in project management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high quality and accuracy.
