About the position

The Business Analyst Level 3 for the Customer Channels team at Cintas is responsible for aligning technology solutions with business strategies by collaborating with business partners. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to communicate how IT solutions can enhance these processes. The analyst will support complex business processes, lead project teams, and maintain functional competency in SAP Commerce/Hybris applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to align technology solutions with business strategies.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of business areas to identify and communicate IT solutions.
• Support complex business processes requiring design or integration of technical solutions.
• Serve as a project team member or leader.
• Lead the collection, analysis, documentation, and coordination of business requirements.
• Maintain a high level of functional competency regarding SAP Commerce/Hybris applications.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of work experience in Information Technology.
• Minimum 6 years of experience with business process analysis and requirements gathering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting an online order entry system or key customer-facing system.
• Minimum 4 years of experience writing business requirements and developing user test cases.
• Minimum 3 years of experience providing technical and business leadership to team members.
• Experience communicating technical and business issues to all levels of individuals.

Nice-to-haves

• SAP and Hybris certification(s) or experience.
