As a Business Analyst in Manufacturing & Supply Chain at McKinsey & Company, you will be an integral part of our Operations practice, which focuses on solving complex operational challenges for our clients. You will be based in one of our North America offices and will engage in strategy projects that require a deep understanding of supply chain concepts. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to define new organizational structures, roles, and processes across global organizations. This will necessitate gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing actionable recommendations for presentation to client management. In this position, you will spend a significant amount of time addressing complex client problems, contributing hands-on to the analysis, design, and implementation of business performance approaches. You will develop tailor-made solutions and work closely with clients to ensure that the results are positive and sustainable.
