About the position

The Business Analyst - Mid-Level position is designed for analytical individuals who excel in oversight reporting and managing multiple projects simultaneously. This hybrid role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to maintain documentation of policies and procedures while identifying areas for improvement in operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the oversight reporting for the SIP offer.
• Support and maintain documentation of the team's policies and procedures.
• Ensure consistency across all oversight processes.
• Proactively identify areas of improvement within operational or procedural processes.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
• Document processes into procedures and job aides.

Requirements

• Curious and analytical mindset with a tendency to investigate beyond the surface.
• Critical thinking skills to address problems and balance workloads with short time frames.
• High attention to detail with experience in quality control and a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
• Experience in writing policies and procedures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Strong work ethic with urgency and a focus on client experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and SharePoint; experience with Crystal Reports is a plus.
• Experience in the Financial Services industry, particularly in advised products, risk management, or operational backgrounds.
