The analyst will employ state-of-the-art techniques to ensure that system and business cohesiveness is achieved. Collaboration with the Process Development, Operations, and Quality (POQ) Project Management Office is crucial to support business case rationalizations for process improvement opportunities. The analyst will gain insights into current business processes to support day-to-day operations and will assist in aligning technology with the desired future business processes. They will proactively seek opportunities to enhance their knowledge of new business process analyses and share these insights with team members through both formal and informal channels. The role also involves preparing complex documentation for major projects, facilitating process mapping sessions for complex, multi-functional business processes, and demonstrating advanced communication techniques for conflict resolution and presentations. Additionally, the Business Analyst will create and maintain processes for internal management of work and for organizing and sharing completed work. They will be responsible for eliciting and translating business requirements into process maps and business models. A willingness to mentor other business analysts within the Quality Organization is also a key aspect of this position. The role requires conducting business analysis across all sites, including business partners and affiliates, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the business landscape.
