About the position

The Business Analyst - Order Processing role at Staffmark Investment LLC involves supporting operations and product delivery primarily through the SAP R/3 system. The position focuses on improving eCommerce processes, monitoring system logs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance order processing efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily system log monitoring and troubleshoot interface errors or issues with online orders within the SAP R/3 system.
• Support eCom process improvement projects by evaluating current work processes and identifying improvement strategies.
• Distill vision and strategy for the team, motivating cross-functional teams.
• Assist in project planning and coordination, including scheduling, defining roles and responsibilities, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HQ, Engineering, operations, and vendors as needed.
• Present re-engineered processes to all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• At least 2-5 years of experience supporting operations and product delivery using SAP R/3.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science or Information Sciences and Technology preferred).
• Demonstrable ability to identify areas for improvement and propose process improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to use Microsoft Office products at an Expert/Advanced level.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
• Experience in Confluence and JIRA preferred.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Korean speaking is a plus but not required.
