About the position

The Business Analyst for Order to Cash - Returns at Intel plays a crucial role in supporting the design, implementation, and management of the new ERP Advanced Return Management platform. This position focuses on optimizing the Order to Cash processes, particularly in the Returns/Warranty Credit team, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through effective processing of return claims. The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs, document requirements, and validate solutions, contributing to one of the largest transformations in Intel's history.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the development of business processes for Returns across all lines of business.
  • Analyze business needs in collaboration with stakeholders to document requirements, business process diagrams, flowcharts, functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
  • Validate feasibility of ideas, understand expectations from solutions, conduct design due diligence, fit-gap analysis, and evaluate business value and risks.
  • Review and provide inputs on Functional Design Specifications, Configuration Design Documents, and Configuration Unit Test scripts to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Prepare and execute User Acceptance Testing scripts to validate that the ERP system meets business requirements.
  • Document and report UAT results, including issues and resolutions.
  • Participate in training/change adoption, business process changes, monitoring/management, and reporting/analytics activities.
  • Establish and provide inputs to key performance indicators and scorecards to evaluate progress with business plans and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, management information systems, or a related field of study.
  • 4+ years of relevant supply chain/returns experience, business analyst, project management, and/or ramp management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certifications such as CSCP / Knowledge Management are preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience designing and deploying solutions for Returns/Reverse Logistics in semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Experience with SAP Order Management S/4 HANA, S/4 MDG.
  • Experience with waterfall and agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with creating business process flows/SIPOCs.
