About the position

The Business Performance Analyst, Expert will collaborate with stakeholders from Electric Transmission and Substation Operations to develop Power Apps for operational reporting. This role involves leading clients from existing business intelligence solutions to advanced predictive and prescriptive tools, focusing on process change implementation and ongoing measurement and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop Power Apps for operational reporting.
• Lead clients in evolving from simple business intelligence solutions to advanced capabilities.
• Implement process changes and measure ongoing performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs in Power Apps.
• Design Power Automate Flows to automate tasks.
• Deploy app versions seamlessly and understand app deployment tasks.

Requirements

• 3 years of Power Platform experience, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
• MS certified in Power Platform Fundamentals.
• Strong data modeling skills and ability to design efficient databases.
• Experience with Dataverse and integrating data into Dataverse and Dynamics 365.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical information to diverse audiences.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft tools like Power BI and MS SQL.
• Ability to customize SharePoint lists.
