About the position

The Business Analyst/Product Owner will act as a crucial link between stakeholders and the IT department, ensuring that business processes and requirements are effectively captured and translated into technical solutions. This role involves overseeing the development lifecycle and deployment of system innovations and enhancements for various platforms and applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and the IT department.
• Scope and oversee the development lifecycle and deployment of system innovations and enhancements.
• Gather business requirements and provide necessary documentation for stakeholders and end users.
• Collaborate with UX Designers and Product Managers to align user flows and prototypes.
• Deploy projects by providing release notes, documentation, and communication around platform changes.
• Identify platform design needs and drive solutions throughout the process.
• Attend daily scrum ceremonies and conduct sessions for project fact-finding and research.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Functional Business Analyst/Product Owner.
• Experience working with end-to-end design process solutions.
• Proficient in Data Analysis tools and project management software.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
