As a Business Analyst at ttg Talent Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing data-driven decision-making processes within the organization. This position is based in West Palm Beach, FL, and is classified as a full-time role with a pay range of $60,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Your primary responsibilities will include managing data collection, analyzing inventories, and providing insights that drive efficiency and reduce waste. You will be tasked with developing robust data systems and creating standardized methodologies to ensure data accuracy across various teams. In this role, you will standardize reporting methodologies to support business decisions and create training programs for Team Leaders and Production Team Managers focused on data integrity and inventory accuracy. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with Process Engineers to audit and ensure data integrity. You will also leverage technology to reduce paperwork and enhance data collection and decision-making processes. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you identify variances between standard and actual costs for capacity planning, conduct month-end variance investigations, and perform root cause analyses using key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, you will review annual budgets and forecasts for completeness and accuracy, initiate IT requests to improve functionality, and drive technology-driven projects aimed at cost control. Your role will also involve managing selected projects from inception to completion and collecting and analyzing metrics to continually improve processes. Finally, you will be responsible for placing requisitions for department supplies and equipment, ensuring consistent and accurate KPI measurements, and producing comprehensive financial and operational reports.
