About the position

The Business Analyst/Project Manager will evaluate current business processes and provide recommendations for improvements across multiple organizations. This role involves managing the full project life cycle, coordinating resources, and ensuring successful project delivery, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency within Holiday Oil.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Scope projects, estimate resources, and allocate both internal and external resources to complete tasks.
• Maintain project documentation, track progress, and update stakeholders regularly.
• Provide training and support to end users post-implementation for successful adoption of new systems or processes.
• Evaluate project risks and take measures to mitigate them.
• Manage the entire project life cycle to meet company objectives and stakeholder requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years in a Business Analyst or Project Management role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with experience translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to facilitate understanding between business and technical teams.
