About the position

The SAP Business Analyst/Project Manager role involves leading the end-to-end implementation of a multi-product, multi-module ERP system. The individual will independently gather, analyze, and specify detailed requirements for the ERP product, ensuring alignment with intended functionality. This position requires strong ownership of the implementation process, prioritization of tasks based on data, and the establishment of metrics and KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Effective communication with diverse stakeholders and thorough documentation of workflows and requirements are also key aspects of this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of a multi-product, multi-module ERP system.
• Independently gather, analyze, and specify detailed requirements for the ERP product.
• Establish metrics and KPIs for various workflows and features to assess performance.
• Create clear and detailed documentation for all workflows, requirements, processes, and changes.
• Adapt communication style to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, management, and end-users.
• Prioritize tasks based on data, user feedback, and performance KPIs.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager in SAP ERP implementations.
