Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and ensure compliance with ISO and regulatory standards.
• Utilize SQL databases to analyze policy and claims data effectively.
• Manage data migration and product implementation processes.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and quality issues in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
• Collaborate with senior operational leaders to understand the implications of changes in project scope.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
• Experience with insurance policy and claims systems.
• Knowledge of US Insurance Compliance, including ISO, regulatory, and statutory reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and experience as a Business Analyst handling client requirements.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with data migration and product implementation.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data management.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
