About the position

The Business Analyst/QA Analyst role involves supporting the production environment and assisting the development team in building additional features and integrations as part of a multi-year roadmap. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to gather business requirements, wireframe features, and ensure the accuracy of data for application features. The analyst will also participate in QA and testing phases, manage support requests, and maintain documentation throughout the development process.

Responsibilities

• Support the production environment and assist the team in building additional features and integrations.
• Organize and structure the development team's work and sprints.
• Wireframe features and enhancements with existing designs or a design team.
• Participate in UI/UX interviews with end users and business stakeholders.
• Scope out business requirements for new features and ensure all requirements are gathered before development begins.
• Evaluate data required for features and review API documentation for accuracy.
• Handle incoming support requests and assign tickets to the team.
• Organize development sprints and releases with the team.
• Prune backlog of tickets and prioritize fixes and feature work.
• Participate in knowledge transfer sessions with team members and vendors.
• Attend development team planning, status, and retrospective meetings.
• Create and maintain documentation.
• Participate in QA and testing phases.
• Update status and report progress to SOA.
• Track and report the work of the development team.

Requirements

• Strong Agile/Scrum experience is required.
• Experience as a Scrum Master is a plus.
• Ability to work with existing systems and documentation.
• Experience in UI/UX design and wireframing.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with API documentation and data evaluation.
• Experience in knowledge transfer and training sessions.
