About the position

The Business Analyst/QA Specialist at Hopebridge plays a vital role in connecting business needs with technical solutions. This position focuses on analyzing business processes, identifying improvement areas, and ensuring the quality of healthcare solutions, particularly with Salesforce integration.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyze and map current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of business solutions.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and issues.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Assist in the integration and customization of Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide support and training to end-users on Salesforce functionalities.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or QA Specialist.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and requirements analysis.
  • Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
