Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative research and analyze data to provide actionable insights.
• Utilize CRM and AB Testing methods for effective data analysis.
• Work within an Agile Scrum environment to execute projects efficiently.
• Conduct User Testing to gather qualitative data and improve business strategies.
• Apply qualitative methods to interpret complex data and provide solutions.
• Use your knowledge of Qualitative Research to enhance business strategies.
• Lead project planning initiatives to ensure successful execution.
• Leverage your research background to drive strategic decisions.
• Use Data Driven Testing methods to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
• Implement and monitor customer credit applications and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Qualitative Research or similar role
• Strong knowledge and experience in CRM
• Proficiency in AB Testing and Agile Scrum methodologies
• Experience in User Testing and Data Driven Testing
• Extensive understanding of Qualitative Analysis, Qualitative Data, and Qualitative Methods
• Expertise in conducting and interpreting Qualitative Research
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, or related field. Masters preferred.
