Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to meet project goals.
  • Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and senior management.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as they arise.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with financial services products and investment strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
