About The Position
LightFeather is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst/Scrum Master to join our team, supporting business operations and enterprise-level projects. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of project management expertise, administrative acumen, and strong customer service skills, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, effective communication, and operational efficiency. This role provides the opportunity to work on impactful, high-visibility projects within a collaborative environment. You’ll help streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and contribute to an organization that values innovation, agility, and professionalism. This Position is Full Time and In-Person (5 days/week in Washington, DC).
