About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Analyst (Senior Digital Product Manager) within the Marketing Technology Platforms team. This role focuses on the Measurement Product Team, which is responsible for developing strategies and products related to Marketing Tag-Based Collection & Quality and Paid Media Analytics. The Business Analyst will act as a liaison between business clients and technical teams, addressing complex business problems through strategic digital solutions and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across various levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in daily standups and lead refinement sessions as part of a scrum team.
  • Author and refine user stories, and attend size/commit sessions.
  • Produce business requirement artifacts including User Stories, UML, Use Cases, and Business Rules.
  • Lead refinement sessions with cross-functional teams to address business problems and assess impacts of proposed system enhancements.
  • Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy.
  • Review and analyze complex content strategies, customer experiences, and product management.
  • Independently resolve complex issues and lead teams to meet project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with peers and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of digital product management experience or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of consultative business analysis or related technical experience.
  • 2+ years Agile experience with requirements management/Agile tools such as Agile JIRA, JIRA Align, or Confluence.
  • 2+ years supporting paid media marketing analysis using Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • 3+ years in tag implementation processes using tools like Adobe Tag or Google Tag Manager.
  • 2+ years in tag data quality management using tools similar to QA2L.
  • Ability to produce user stories and write acceptance criteria using Gherkin Syntax.

Nice-to-haves

  • Financial services industry experience.
  • Experience writing for digital platforms including internet, mobile, and tablet technology.
  • Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
