About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager as part of the Marketing Technology Platforms within Enterprise Marketing Services. This role involves serving as a liaison between business clients and technical teams, focusing on the Measurement Product Team's strategy and product development for Marketing Tag-Based Collection & Quality and Paid Media Analytics. The Business Analyst will engage in planning, conducting, and directing analyses of complex business problems, gathering data from paid marketing campaigns, and collaborating with internal partners to leverage analytics tools.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in daily standups and lead refinement sessions as part of a scrum team.
  • Author and refine user stories, attend size/commit sessions, and provide feedback in retrospectives.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner and/or Line of Business to understand prioritization of stories and elicit detailed requirements.
  • Produce business requirement artifacts including User Stories, UML, Use Cases, Business Rules, and Supplemental Specifications.
  • Lead refinement sessions with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and assess impacts of proposed system enhancements.
  • Apply new processes and capabilities such as Behavior Driven Development (BDD), Service Virtualization, Micro-services, and API.
  • Collaborate with all levels across the organization, including senior management, as a high-level expert.
  • Independently resolve complex issues and lead teams to meet project deliverables.
  • Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy.
  • Review and analyze complex content strategies, customer experiences, and product management that require in-depth evaluations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of digital product management experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • 4+ years of consultative business analysis or related technical experience, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
  • 2+ years of Agile experience with requirements management/Agile tools such as Agile JIRA, JIRA Align, Enterprise Architect, JAMA, Confluence.
  • 2+ years supporting paid media marketing analysis using Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • 3+ years in tag implementation processes and deployment using tools such as Adobe Tag, Google Tag Manager, or Tealium IQ.
  • 2+ years in tag data quality management and improvement using tools like QA2L.
  • Ability to produce user stories and write acceptance criteria using Gherkin Syntax (Given/When/Then), use cases, and UML.
  • Experience in the financial services industry and writing for digital platforms.
