About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager (Business Analyst) to join the Measurement Product Team within Marketing Technology Platforms. This role involves serving as a liaison between business clients and technical teams, focusing on the analysis and resolution of complex business problems through strategic digital solutions. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to gather data and requirements for paid marketing campaigns, utilizing tools like Google or Adobe Analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in daily standups and lead refinement sessions as part of a scrum team.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to understand story prioritization and elicit detailed requirements.
  • Produce business requirement artifacts including User Stories, UML, Use Cases, and Business Rules.
  • Lead cross-functional refinement sessions to address business problems and assess impacts of proposed system enhancements.
  • Apply new processes and capabilities such as Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Micro-services.
  • Collaborate with all levels of the organization, including senior management, as a subject matter expert.
  • Independently resolve complex issues and lead teams to meet project deliverables.
  • Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of digital product management experience or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of consultative business analysis or related technical experience.
  • 2+ years Agile experience with requirements management tools such as JIRA.
  • 2+ years supporting paid media marketing analysis using Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • 3+ years in tag implementation processes using tools like Adobe Tag or Google Tag Manager.
  • 2+ years in tag data quality management using tools similar to QA2L.
  • Ability to produce user stories and write acceptance criteria using Gherkin Syntax.
  • Financial services industry experience is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience writing for digital platforms including internet, mobile, and tablet technology.
  • Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
