About the position

The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for implementing and testing ERP systems, specifically focusing on modules such as PeopleSoft, Financials, and Human Capital Management (HCM). This role requires extensive experience in validating ERP implementations, executing test plans, and communicating effectively with various stakeholders, including leadership and technical staff. The position is contract-based and located onsite in Tallahassee, FL.

Responsibilities

• Implement and test ERP systems, including PeopleSoft modules and Financials.
• Perform testing activities related to validating ERP implementation.
• Execute test plans to confirm business requirements.
• Create test scripts with expected test results.
• Track and report test results effectively.
• Communicate with multiple levels of staff, from leadership to technical teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly PeopleSoft, Financials, and HCM.
• Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) with large government entities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and Visio.
• Experience using Smartsheet or similar collaboration tools.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with state or large government entities.
• Knowledge of People Tools 8.59+.
• Experience developing UAT plans.
• Experience with various PeopleSoft modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
• Experience working with functional users.
