About the position
Attached to the Supply department as a Business Analyst, your main missions are to design, improve, maintain and communicate reports and analyzes to enable good management of Veepee operations.
Responsibilities
- Produce complex analyzes on the evolution of metrics, correlations, impacts, etc. by taking information from internal and/or external sources to help function owners manage their domains.
- Create, produce, maintain and distribute recurring reports required by the parties.
- Create presentations including available internal and/or external data to facilitate monitoring of progress or communication of deviations or analysis results.
- Design, implement and maintain dashboards in Microstrategy, the Group's BI tool, to improve the general availability of data and information.
- Define the group's Ops KPIs, coordinating efforts with the rest of the parties involved, in particular the Business Analysts and Function Owners within Ops.
- Coordinate reporting efforts across different areas to help prioritize and avoid duplication or overlap.
Requirements
- Higher education such as bac +5 in engineering or business school
- Initial experience in Supply Chain or a similar Business Analyst role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Curiosity and good interpersonal skills
- Good presentation skills
- Comfortable with systems and able to communicate with the people involved
- Proficient in Excel and have already worked on a data visualization tool
- Fluent in English
