Responsibilities

• Support resource for data migration and conversion activities.
• Document business processes and requirements around data conversion approaches.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical designs, including implementing stories and process flows.
• Recommend eliminating, retaining, or enhancing business processes and documenting those results.

Requirements

• Four (4) years experience in data migration, cleansing and conversion projects.
• Three (3) years experience in data analysis using SQL queries to assist with the technical design effort, data cleansing effort and resolution of bugs/defects.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical designs.
• Ability to create complex SQL queries.
• Ability to work onsite as needed in Baton Rouge, LA.
• Excellent communication skills.
