Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a Telecom Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of eTOM framework, CRM, billing, and network management systems.
• Proficiency with tools like MS Visio, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• In-depth experience with Access, Core, and Transport networks.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Azure DevOps and LTE/5G technologies.
• Certifications: CBAP, PMP, or ScrumMaster.
