About the position

The Business Analyst (UI/UX Features/Functions) role focuses on analyzing and enhancing user interface and user experience features within financial services. The position requires a strong understanding of distribution and vesting, along with the ability to create wireframes and write EPICs and user stories. The analyst will work closely with systems architects and collaborate with various teams to define requirements and finalize user stories, ensuring that the business needs are met effectively.

Responsibilities

• Analyze UI/UX features and functions for financial services.
• Create wireframes and strawman designs for the UI/UX team.
• Write EPICs and user stories to define project requirements.
• Collaborate with systems architects and teams to finalize user stories.
• Ask probing questions to clarify business requirements and ensure understanding.
• Conduct peer reviews of deliverables to maintain quality standards.
• Work within Agile methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the finance industry.
• Strong understanding of distribution and vesting knowledge.
• Experience in creating wireframes and writing EPICs and user stories.
• Background in portfolio business, record keeping, and financial services.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, including the use of Visio.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with backend record keeping and payroll systems.
• Familiarity with billing aspects in financial services.
