About the position

The Business Analyst with Azure DevOps role is a critical position within the Passenger Service System (PSS) team, focusing on transforming and modernizing the PSS over the coming years. This role involves identifying and documenting technical product requirements and acceptance criteria, ensuring collaboration between business requirements and development teams. The position requires extensive experience in Agile methodology and technical documentation, making it a unique opportunity to influence the future of the PSS.

Responsibilities

• Lead meetings with project technical leads to document process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct process modeling and analysis for both business and technical aspects.
• Translate data models into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Proactively identify and document gaps in requirements.
• Prepare other technical documentation as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of IT experience, or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training.
• Experience in Agile methodology, including writing of technical user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) or equivalent tools.
• Excellent technical documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
