Responsibilities

• Drive towards continuous improvement within various business areas.
• Manage Application Support team members who are directly reporting.
• Manage the relationship with all internal and third-party service suppliers.
• Follow and drive appropriate departmental and company procedures and policies.
• Recognize and develop the technical and non-technical skills and abilities of team members.
• Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders and communicate in business language.
• Work with existing regional teams managing and mentoring.
• Communicate effectively with a diverse set of customers or partners across multiple disciplines.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Production support (Application support) in the Property & Casualty insurance domain.
• Commercial Lines insurance experience, especially in Workers' comp, Audit, Auto, GL, Property, and packaged policies.
• WINS or the Policy Decisions application & functional knowledge.
• Experience with the INSURITY Tool, especially on the Policy Decisions application.
• Hands-on experience with Incident Management tools like ServiceNow.
• Experience operating in an ITIL-based organization.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science or applicable experience.
