About the position

The Senior Business Analyst with Public Trust Clearance is responsible for overseeing project management and ensuring the successful execution of software requirements related to mailing information specifications. This role involves developing and maintaining technical specifications, supporting customer acceptance testing, and participating in industry meetings to provide expert insights. The analyst will also be tasked with creating training materials and performance metrics to enhance project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Project management and project oversight
• Develop software requirement specification (SRS) documents to support functional requirements affecting the technical file specifications (Mail.dat and Mail.XML)
• Manage, update, and maintain all currently supported technical specifications and guides
• Develop new specifications in support of new or revised functionality across systems
• Provide support for Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT) including reviewing Technical Requirement Documents (TRD) and developing test scripts
• Perform customer acceptance testing, production validation through smoke testing and functional testing
• Document testing artifacts and provide TLSC documentation and Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
• Participate in mail industry meetings/forums and Mailer Technical Advisory Committee (MTAC) workgroups
• Develop performance metrics to track and report status of Customer Acceptance Testing
• Automated test script development
• Develop training materials, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and guides related to impacted CPPP applications
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Project Management Professional or Scrum Master Certification
• Minimum of 5-7 years experience, preferably in technology or software development
• Experience with Mail.DAT and Mail.XML specifications
• Experience as a business analyst, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) preferred
• Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., ALM, VersionOne, JIRA, Confluence)
• Experience with software testing tools (e.g., UFT, Selenium)
• Experience with database tools and developing analytics solutions using MicroStrategy, Oracle SQL, Teradata
• Experience using O365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access, Visio, Teams, Workflow, Power BI)
• Experience with Technical Solution Lifecycle (TSLC) or other industry Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
• Experience managing or leading IT projects using Waterfall and Agile Methodologies
