Responsibilities

• Engaging with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements related to data analytics.
• Analyzing complex data sets to derive insights that will help the technical team in their design.
• Acting as a liaison between technical teams (data engineers) and non-technical stakeholders (e.g. management, marketing, data analytics).
• Identifying opportunities to improve business processes through data analytics.
• Understanding and translating business objectives into data requirements.
• Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability for analysis.
• Developing user stories, use cases, and process documentation to guide data projects.
• Collaborating with QA teams to test analytics solutions and ensure they meet business requirements.
• Providing training or support to end-users on analytics tools and insights.
• Monitoring outcomes of analytics projects and recommending enhancements based on feedback and changing business needs.
• Working with data engineers/architect to ensure that the technical solutions align with business requirements.

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in Requirements Analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Life Sciences Commercial area.
• Business Process Analysis Tools experience.
