About the position

The Business Analyst role is crucial for bridging business needs with IT solutions, focusing on system analysis to support the design, implementation, and optimization of the company's Finance business systems. This position involves collaborating with various teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of solutions that meet business requirements, while also overseeing project functionality, quality, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and optimization of Finance business systems.
• Bridge business needs with IT solutions and ensure effective communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Collaborate with Fleet Finance and Financial Analytics teams to formulate strategic initiatives based on analysis of existing processes.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects in terms of functionality, quality, and system performance.
• Oversee resources involved in projects and seek collaboration opportunities with business units on strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate the development and implementation of new business practices with a focus on process enhancement and re-engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, IT, Accounting, Finance, or related field; or relevant experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Technical experience in business/financial planning and analysis processes with knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience in project management.
• Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development.
• Background in business management, budgeting, and analysis.
• Proven experience as a project/program manager in Finance or IT sector.
• Experience in managing requirements gathering process.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
