About the position

The Business Analyst II role is primarily focused on supporting large, complex transformational initiatives within the organization. This position requires collaboration with both business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and streamline business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and business analysis, particularly in Salesforce and Eloqua implementations, ensuring projects meet business goals and enhance CRM and marketing automation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance business operations.
• Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, wireframes, and data models.
• Support the implementation and customization of Salesforce to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers to design and implement custom solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce.
• Monitor and analyze Salesforce performance and usage, recommending enhancements as needed.
• Oversee the implementation and integration of Eloqua for marketing automation.
• Gather requirements for lead nurturing and scoring strategies to optimize lead conversion.
• Ensure data integrity and synchronization between Eloqua and Salesforce.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of relevant Business Analysis experience noted on Resume for consideration.
• Completed Bachelor's Degree for consideration.
• Confident in the use of MS Office, Google Suite, Jira/Atlassian & Microsoft Power BI.
