About the position

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage business analysis activities for critical projects.
- Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements from diverse stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive business process models and documentation.
- Design and implement robust data models and visualizations using PowerBI.
- Create and maintain DAX code to optimize data analysis and reporting.
- Ensure data security and privacy by implementing appropriate protocols and controls.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.
- Provide ongoing support and training to users to maximize the value of data-driven solutions.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with PowerBI
- Strong proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
