About The Position
We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a leading manufacturing company in Spokane Valley, Washington. This role is ideal for individuals looking to take on more leadership responsibilities and play a pivotal role in shaping the digital strategy of the organization. The Business Analyst will be instrumental in discovering and documenting current systems and processes, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and prioritizing these opportunities based on their potential benefits and alignment with organizational objectives. The successful candidate will develop a robust backlog for developers to execute efficiently, monitor progress, and report on the value delivered. Additionally, the Business Analyst will lead the refinement and implementation of best practices in business systems analysis, while also focusing on developing team members to enhance their effectiveness in identifying and executing solutions. Collaboration will be key, as the Business Analyst will work on shaping the year-to-year digital strategy and long-term objectives of the company. This position may require working weeks in excess of 40 hours to achieve business objectives, and the Business Analyst will be expected to push for rapid delivery and acceptance of solutions. Other duties may be assigned as necessary to support the overall goals of the organization.
